Good afternoon, families! This week was amazing! Ms. Jenn & I were ecstatic to have our class complete with all of our sweet sprouts! The curriculum was focused on ears! We started the week off by listening to many different genres of music. We made animal ears out of construction paper for the babes to wear and explore! During our daily circle time we introduced the babes to our tibetan singing bowl, the sounds of the bowl were quite relaxing and worked perfectly to grab everyone's attention as needed. The babes were ultra interested in it, we later added some water to the bowl to watch it vibrate. On Thursday we got to celebrate our newest sprout- Orion's birthday! We sang happy birthday and watched him blow out the candle on his yummy cake that his mom brought in to share with the class. Song of the week: Do your ears hang low? Book of the week: What do YOU hear? Have a great weekend! Love, Crystal
