Hey guys! We have been having a wonderful day here in the baby room. We started our morning off with some fun songs like "Itsy Bitsy Spider" "Hello song" and "ABC's." Then we gathered our lil dudes and read a story before getting ready for nap.

After nap, our lil guys greeted the sun and we sang our good morning song along with other songs such as "Little White box" and "Twinkle Twinkle." Afterwards we made our transition to lunch time. During lunch we practiced our signs such as "more," "eat," "water," "milk," "all done" and "please."

After lunch we all headed to our play area and enjoyed some free play and tummy time. We also sang some Spanish songs that I learned from our Spanish teacher, Miss Leona. Shortly after we were joined by our friend Baby Rye! Baby Rye's first official day starts tomorrow; woo-hoo!!! It wasn't long before we started to get ready for our 2nd nap.

After our 2nd nap, we did some yoga stretches and sang some yoga songs like "stretch like a butterfly," "my little light," and "head, shoulders, knees and toes." Then we ended our day with some books and free play.

Hello Everyone!

 I hope you are having a fantastic week so far! We started out our morning having a snack for our older friends while our younger friends got to relax & hang out in bumbos and explore fun toys, We had a very busy morning which included reading & singing some of our favorite songs like: "ABC'S", "GOOD MORNING" & "WHEELS ON THE BUS". Shortly after it was time for our morning nap & we listened to some calming,quiet music as our friends enjoyed their bottles.

Once nap time was over it was time for lunch! everyone had a great time "chatting" and practicing their pincer grasps with their finger foods. As lunch time came to an end, we headed out to the deck with Ms.Toni & got to visit with our older friends from the primary room it was lots of fun! :)

Hey guys!!! Cherokee here reporting from infant land :) What a crazy windy day it was yesterday! I'm not usually superstitious, but it was a full moon yesterday; just sayin' LoL. Today, however, has been going great and all of our little guys are happy and EVERYONE drank ALL of their milk; yay!!!

After nap all of our guys greeted the sun and we sang our good morning song along with others such as "Little White box" "Hello Song" and "Twinkle Twinkle."

Once our guys were fed, changed and filled their bellies with some yummy lunch, we all headed to the play area for some playtime. Shortly after we were joined by our newest member in our class; baby Rye! His first official day is this Friday and will be a full-timer staring next week; yay!!! I'm so happy that our little family is growing :D

During our play-time I read books to Finn, Hank and Rye while Crystal read books to Ronav and Miles. Afterwards, Miles and Ronav sat at the table and explored the texture of bark and tree branches while our younger group did some tummy time in the play area. Soon after it was time for our 2nd nap.

After our 2nd nap we did a little bit of yoga with our little guys. They really seem to enjoy it! Then we all sang some songs and looked at some more books :)

Hello Everyone!

i hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We are very excited to be back in the classroom with our friends. We started our morning out with a snack for our older friends & bottles for our younger friends, shortly after it was time for morning nap.

After nap we prepared for lunch time & our younger friends afternoon bottles, it was a very peaceful afternoon. Once lunch & bottles were all done we headed out to the deck for a bit, our friends sure did have a lot of fun! Ms. Cherokee pushed some of our friends around in a red firefighter truck we have outside & everyone was all smiles. :)

Our time outside was cut a little short due to the very strong wind! Unfortunately we didn't have a camera today so we have no pics, But we will definitely have one tomorrow sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Everyone!

 We have a had a very awesome day in our classroom. We had a couple of new friends join us for some fun.. (RYE who will be joining us in March! & ARI who has an older brother here, he joined us while his mom helped out on organizing our teacher closet). We started off our morning with a snack and enjoyed listening to our friends "chat" at the table. After snack we headed to our nap area & gave our friends their bottles to help them wind down & get ready for morning nap, Once their bellies were full they were fast asleep. :)

As nap time came to an end our friends were very ready to start on lunch, during lunch Ms.Cherokee & i sang some fun songs for our friends which included: Bone Soup & Ride my giraffe. After lunch we headed to our play area & read some sensory books for our friends & later on had some free play, it was a super day!

Hey guys! Cherokee here reporting yet another fabulous day here in the infant room!
We started our morning with some free play and fun songs to set the mood. We sang songs like "Wheels on the Bus," "Itsy Bitsy Spider," and "I Once Had a Turtle." We also did some bubble time where I blew bubbles for all of our little dudes. Finn reached out a few times trying to catch one.
Afterwards we all got ready for nap.
After nap we had our little circle time and sang some wake up transition songs such as "Little White Box" and "Good Morning." Then our little dudes filled their bellies with their lunches.
After lunch we all sat in our play area and enjoyed some more free play. Miles and Ronav really enjoy playing with with the toys that make sound. Finn enjoyed doing some tummy time and holds his head up very well. He also sat up all by himself today!!! Yay!!!
Later we all sat together and read a few books. I read "Moo, Baa, LaLaLa," and "Barnyard Dance." Afterwards I sat Miles and Ronav at the table and have them each a crayon to practice coloring with. They did great considering how new this is to them. They mostly tried putting the crayon in their mouth but I helped them by holding their hand and showing how the crayon makes a mark on the paper.
Time seemed to fly because shortly after it was already time for nap # 2.
In the afternoon we will do some yoga stretches and dig a few Spanish songs with them.

Hello Everyone!

     Hoping you all are having a fantastic week this far! We have had another amazing day today, we started out our morning with some singing and Ms.Cherokee introduced us to some spanish songs (mi cuerpo, which is spanish for my body, & Hola amigo *hello friend*) it was lots of fun.
After our morning fun all of our friends were ready for their bottles & naps.

Once naps were over we sang good morning to our friends & prepared them for their lunches/bottles, after lunch we headed to our play area where Ms. Cherokee and i blew some bubbles for our friends they were very interested in the bubbles we encouraged them to reach out and pop them shortly after it was time for our afternoon nap.

Hello Everyone! We have had such a lovely day, We started out the morning singing all of our regular songs until it was time for a nap.

Once nap time was over our friends enjoyed their yummy lunches, after lunch we all had a blast during circle time which included lots of free play & singing. :)
