Hello everyone. Today has been such a great day! Finn didn't come to school today as he was out celebrating his birthday, LOL he did however come in for a quick visit & include his friends in his celebration, he brought some yummy strawberries in during lunch time & some super fun books for the entire class! (Thanks again Ruth & Wes) everyone sure enjoyed that extra treat today. :D

We enjoyed the rest of our afternoon outdoors where the babes loved going down the slide, each time Ms. Jenn & I would count 123, GO! I think they found that part very exciting as they would giggle so much every time. We later went on to explore other items including a bike, fire truck & rocking horse! All the babes had a blast out on the deck. Over all it was a fantastic day!

Hello Friends. I am so excited for everyone to experience all the exciting changes in our classroom! Ms. Jenn & I are so eager to share all of our hard work. Yesterday was SO productive we applied fresh coats of paint to some of our furnishings, rearranged all of the furniture, brought in some fun new & challenging toys, we even used some power tools!! :D

I am so pleased with all of the babies reactions to the classroom, I can tell that they certainly approve of all the changes that occurred over their long weekend. 

We started our morning out by letting our friends explore their new play areas & went about our usual routine, I would like to add that we now have our play area set up in centers to accommodate more of the Montessori feel in our class which includes: a construction, sensory, dramatic, cozy corner & literacy space.

Hello everyone. Today was a blast! We received so many new toys today, all the babes were ecstatic to get busy and begin playing with all of the new items, which include: a wooden shape sorter, an owl hand puppet, stuffed teddy bears/baby dolls etc. :)

We also got to enjoy Dom Dom's company thru out the entire day which was so nice to get to spend so much time with her, she is awesome & we love her! The rest of our day was the usual routine, it turned out to be a very peaceful day. :D

Happy Monday! Today was great, We went about our usual routine & read a book titled "Kisses" during circle time. Kisses is a touch and feel book, all of our friends loved feeling all the fun new textures!

Baby Austin had a fabulous first day with his new friends, all of our babes were very friendly and they all practiced gentle touches while greeting their new friend, it was too sweet watching them want to give hugs & kisses to the new little guy! :D
