Beach: Things to take to the beach!

Happy Thursday Friends!

It's been a great week despite missing some of our daisies. We have spent the entire week "traveling" to the beach during circle time. It's been a lot of fun discussing the many items we bring with us to enjoy on our outing. On Monday we explored the brightly colored and bouncy beach ball, on Tuesday we packed a basket of yummy snacks and a whole lot of h2o to keep us hydrated! Lol While on the topic of h2o we spent extra time focusing on the water sign.

On Wednesday Ms. Jenn was out and Ms. Liz filled in for her; we had a lovely day with her as usual! Today our circle time consisted of enjoying soothing ice-pops made from pureed organic fresh fruit. Ice-pops are a great way to satiate our daisies teething gums and make for an extra special treat for the upcoming holiday! We will spend the afternoon creating an art project for independence day. Shortly after we shall pack a bag with all of the fun essentials for the beach such as; sunscreen, sunglasses, ukulele, inflatable toys, sand pails/sifters & sunhats. We plan to head outdoors for an impromptu splash day to soak up some vitamin D!

Wishing you a wonderful holiday weekend and to the families on summer vacation as well! May you have a fantastic time creating beautiful memories with your sweet sprouts!

It looks like Enzo and Fisher were playing tug of war with some of those toys.
