Gobble, Gobble, Gobble!

Greetings families,

Although it was a short week for us, we managed to fit plenty of exciting activities into our days! On Monday we brought in some large boxes & bubble wrap for the sprouts to explore. Everyone was very interested in how we were going to play with these items, but as I demonstrated that the box would make for a fabulous game of peek-a-boo they were instantly enthralled & soon after each babe was taking turns poking their heads thru the openings of the box; this was a great object permanence activity. The bubble wrap was a big hit as well. During circle time we rolled out a large amount for each sprout to enjoy at the same time, then Ms. Jenn & I helped each babe pop some bubbles. The reaction we got from the popping was adorable! This was a wonderful fine motor activity.

On Tuesday We spent the morning singing plenty of songs, I tried my best to incorporate songs about turkeys as we were decorating our lovely turkey craft. :)  We had a lot of giggles at the end of "one little,2 little turkeys" they especially loved when we would say "gobble, gobble, gobble!"

During circle time we read Corduroys' Thanksgiving and sang even more songs, this time about the weather; Once it was time for lunch we had all the babes wear a party hat for Ryes birthday! We sang him happy birthday and blew up plenty of balloons; it was a super fun celebration! Rye even brought some yummy snacks in
to share with everyone!

**Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving!**

I'm very thankful to be a part of this amazing community yall are such a great group of parents, I love you and your sprouts dearly!
