Group Time :)

We started our morning off with some great free play. Tula brought in a rattle that her mom made out of a coffee can filled with the plastic tops from pouches. Walter was especially interested in shaking and banging on the rattle. throwing, shaking and rolling balls were other popular activities this morning. After first nap Toni stopped by for a visit and lead a dynamic circle time. We sang lots of songs, danced, jumped up and down and read a book about dinosaurs. After circle we at lunch together as a class. The babies like eating together and Toni even stayed for lunch, so they got to hang out Jackie, Magdalen and Toni at the same time! We are improving our signs every day which is very exciting! After second nap we brought out a big roll of bubble wrap and let the babies explore it. They crawled all over it and listened to the popping sounds. The whole group spent a lot of time playing together today, which is always fun for the teachers to observe.
