Happy New Year!

Hello friends and families,
I hope that everyone had a nice and relaxing holiday break.  We are so very excited to be back in the classroom with all of our old and new friends.  I would like to say welcome to Ronav!  Today was his very first day, and he did fantastic.  He was playing and hanging out like he had been in our class this whole time.  All of our friends were so very excited to be back in the classroom today.  Everyone was full of smiles and having a great time at school.  In the morning we read books about animals and talked all about different kinds of animals.  This month's theme is animals, so we are going to be talking all about animals; where they live, what they eat, where they sleep.  If you have any pets at home and you have photos of them you would like to share feel free to bring them in.  Today we also cuddles with stuffed animals and took really long naps. Mmmm winter naps! 
In other news, there is a possibility of snow and sleet tonight.  Please look out for an email from the school for any cancellations and/or delayed opening. 
ps. Sorry about the orientation of the photos.  The PC and Iphone were not cooperating today.
