Rainbow Light!!!

Hi friends! We have had a very harmonious and peaceful day here in the baby room. It was so quiet when I walked in this morning that I thought our room was closed for the day!

Today we got to observe a prism crystal that I brought from home. We showed our babies how the light from the sun is refracted in the prism and displays the spectrum of colors; aka rainbows!!! We then sang all the colors that we saw and showed other objects that were the same color. Shortly after, we read two books; "Colors," and "Where is Green Sheep?" And looked at all the different colors of sheep that we could find in the book. Shortly after we all headed back inside.

We ended our day inside with a little music starring Miss Crystal on the xylophone and yours truly performing original lyrics by ME!!! Lol! Our babies were very amused; at least that's what we hope; haha!
