Terrific Thursday!!! :D

Today has been terrific! We began our morning with some fun songs to jump start our day. We sang the wheels on the bus, Itsy Bitsy spider, and Old McDonald. Ronav got to sit in his big boy chair and enjoyed eating some Cheerios for a light snack before preparing for nap.

As our lil guys and gal were waking up from nap we opened up the blinds and greeted the day. It was raining at the moment so we picked each of them up and showed them the rain. Then we sang "it's raining, it's pouring."

After all of our babies had their lil bellies full of lunch we went into our play area and read a book that our friend Finn brought to share with us! It was titled "Casper the Caterpillar." All of our babies really enjoyed listening to the story and looking at all of the colorful pictures. This book also had puppet eyes! It was awesome; thanks Finn!!!

Afterwards we all prepared for our second nap of the day.

Once all of our lil guys and gal awakened from their slumber we headed over to the play area for some free play. Ronav played with the sunglasses and was trying to put them on his face; it was so cute! Rye got to go outside and visit with Miss Dom from the toddler room. Hank, Naomi and Finn were an excellent audience for me when I began playing the harmonica. As for Guy, well he continued to sleep through all that noise, lol.

We have had yet another terrific day here in the baby world! See you guys tomorrow!

Much love,
Cherokee

Cool idea to talk and sing to the babies about the rain. Finn's book looked pretty cute too - I love that they were all into it.
