It has been a super fun filled week in the infant class! On Monday we celebrated June's birthday, during lunch Ms. Jenn and I sang happy birthday to our friends and they even got to wear colorful party hats. Later in the day we made valentine cards that will be distributed to various children in hospitals. The babes helped us pat down the stickers which doubled as extra practice to strengthen their pincer grasps! On Tuesday we made a beautiful birthday card for the director of Green Sprout, Ms. Toni and she absolutely loved it. On Wednesday we brought a rain maker into the classroom, the babes were instantly interested in this item. As we demonstrated how the rain maker worked we sang plenty of songs that incorporate rain such as: Rain, rain go away and itsy bitsy etc. After nap we decided to set up the big green tunnel and play peek-a-boo by peeking at them from each end of the tunnel this activity was a lot of fun, the babes certainly enjoyed it. We ended our day with a visit from a new friend who will be joining us soon, his name is Enzo he is 4 months old and we are very excited to have him join us! On Thursday we spent the majority of the day crafting a very special Valentine for you!!! We had tons of fun creating this special project, during the project we talked about love and sang I love you throughout snack time.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend filled with love! <3 Crystal

All the babies are focused on the teacher! Amazing! I wish I had video of that.
