Wow we have had a very busy morning. First we all played in the room as a group. We read stories, sang songs and explored the room. The older children Genevieve, Jackson and Judah have been very curious about the younger babies so we have been using the word baby a lot in our room as well as continued our dialogue about using gentle touches with the babies as well as with each other. Today we decided to try switching to a one nap schedule for the older 3. There bodies have been giving us signs that they are ready so the older 3 played outside with Jackie and the rest of the school this morning while the younger two napped. While outside we had a dance party, played in the sandbox and got to play with the rest of the children in the school and the teachers which everyone loved.
