Hello Families! On Thursday we started out with some fun outside. As many of our friends are getting ready to move up to the toddler room, they are becoming more and more interested in watching the older kids as they play and work. Jackson watched intently as Asher used the big digger. Genevieve saw Joey and Jasper jumping on the new mulch to spread it and she just had to join in! Miles was fascinated by Leina who was mixing up some mud in a bucket. Once inside we continued working on our manners and made hand-print flower “reminders.” We traced their hands and wrote “please” “thank you” and “you’re welcome” on the handprints. They applied glue to green stems made out of construction paper, and patted the hands on. Then we added a paper vase which they decorated. We have talked a lot about using these words and the children seem to be catching on! Have a great weekend! <3 Magdalen
