Happy Thursday, Friends! This morning we filled one of the sensory tables with water and soap, which created a thick, bubbly foam for the children to explore. Judah brought a rubber ducky to school today and we gave it a bath in the bubbles. Genevieve and Wynn put soap in each other’s hair, saying that it was shampoo. Miles splashed the bubbles all over himself. Kai floated a boat in the water and Tula enjoyed sticking her hands under the bubbles in the water. In the afternoon Jackie came into our classroom for Spanish! She read the book “Elmer’s Colors” or “Los Colores de Elmer” in Spanish. She also sang “The Itsy Bitsy Spider” and “Twinkle, Twinkle,” in both English and Spanish and “Dos manitos, diez deditos” in Spanish. The children loved it! See you in the morning! <3 Magdalen
