Happy Tuesday yall! Today I am really thankful. I am thankful for the fact that it is Tuesday and we are still all alive and well on this day. Yesterday's events were very scary for everyone, and today I am just glad that we can move forward and be grateful for what we have. On that note, I just want everyone to know that we have talked to our kids about the fence situation and I believe everyone handled it very well. If you still have any questions/concerns about the incident please feel free to pull me aside/call/text me or Ashley. Oh, on a completely different note I want to say Congrats to Ashley for being Teacher of the Month! Okay, now to talk about our day. This week we are talking about bugs! Today during circle time we introduced some bugs such as the caterpillar, ladybug, spider, dragonfly, and butterfly. We read a few new books associated with insects and sang the itsy bitsy spider. For our activity we went outside to the garden to gather rolly pollies and other insects. In the afternoon we had yoga with Abby as usual. We worked on our downward dog, cat pose, and snake pose. We did our namaste song and everyone gave Abby hugs. It's nice that the end of the yoga session routine has resulted in Abby hugs. It's really adorable. I apologize for the lack of blogs recently, but Weebly has been giving us a bit of trouble and not wanting to cooperate. Always feel free to ask about your child's day if the blog doesn't get posted for any reason. I hope everyone has a great week! Xoxo sandy
