Hot Chocolate, Popcorn, Popsicle Party w/ Rody & Kody!!

Today the Shining Star's earned their 10th sticker for a Popsicle, popcorn, and hot chocolate party with Rody and Kody!  YAY!! Good job Shining Stars!!

We spent the morning inside due to the rain.  During snack we looked in the Secret Sack that Maya brought back today, she put a pencil in the sack.  Her secret item was a pencil.  Thanks Maya for such a good object!  After snack Miss Lizzie brought out the paint for the kiddos who wanted to paint pictures of Spring to hangup in the welcome center.  The Spring pictures turned out absolutely fantastic and will brighten up the Welcome Center so much!  While most of the class was painting the others enjoyed their time in centers.

As the Shining Stars were waking up from nap we took the time to work on writing the letter Bb in our notebooks.  Each and every Shining Star is really embracing learning how to write each letter.  Once all of our friends were awake we got ready to party!!!!

Rody and Kody (inflatable bouncy toys) were super excited they got to hangout with the oh so fabulous Shining Star class once again!  We gathered at the table and ate all of our special treats then headed to the carpet to take turns on Rody and Kody.  We also spent this time in an epic dance party with the help of the tunes of Pretty Lights!

The sunshine made an appearance this afternoon and we were all very eager to go play outside.

Sorry there are not any pictures of this fabulous day yet, but they will be up first thing tomorrow morning :)
