MONDAY:  We started Monday, greeting friends and parents as they arrived. Miss Arielle arrived, and we cleaned up and got set for circle time. Went around the circle and everyone had a chance to give a quick few sentences about their weekend! lots of birthday parties, fun with mom, dad, and siblings, and more! We broke up into Group for Montessori/group work.
Group A: We worked on the newest letter of the week, Bb! brainstormed words, names, and objects that start with the letter, while looking around the classroom pointing certain things out!
Group B:  Worked on letter B, brainstorming words and watching videos of things that start with Bb! They also went through their Letter B box, which included blocks, and other Bb objects.
Kinder Blossom: Started their group with letter Bb as well!

TUESDAY: Today we had a special guest join us, it was Ivy! everyone was so excited she came to spend the day with us, and was excited to show off their primary classroom!
Group A:  Noah worked with the train tracks, building and rebuilding, making new pathways.  While Genevieve explored the sand paper numbers, Kian worked on a botany puzzle, and Jackson worked with the nuts and bolts, screwing on the nuts.
Group B: They practiced working with the Big and Small Buttoning frames, taking turns practicing to button and unbutton. They then made their way to the table to create a "Blueberry Field", using blue, white, and green paint!
Kinder Blossom: They explored their letter Bb box, adding words to the list as they thought of them!
After nap, Ms Vanessa came for some Tuesday yoga! We practiced Warrior 1 pose, and the breathing ball! It went around the circle, and everyone had a chance to breathe in (open) and breathe out (close) which was very exciting for most! We said our goodbyes to Vanessa, and made our way outside!
WEDNESDAY: SHOW N TELL!!
Group A: We started with some Montessori work time before bringing out show N tells, in lieu of the letter B week, friends brought show N tell items that started with Bb. Kian brought in his very special Batman lego toy, Kai brought in his humpBack whale, Jackson brought in the Berenstains B book, and a Bell that was given to him by some very important people! Genevieve used Blocks for her show N tell, while Tula brought in her lovey, Bunny Bear :) Noah brought in a "sea truck", and Ancel brought in a tape measure from home.
Group B: Gathered in their area for show N tell, Asher showed off Blocks for his Show N Tell, while Cetta showed off her Blankets, Wren brought a Book
Kinder Blossom: Ben brought a Frozen puzzle, while addie brought in a bucket of different shaped beads, Jasper showed off his Bag!
After nap, We decided to get our shows on, and go out somewhat early to check on the Gardens and enjoy the weather!
THURSDAY:
Group A: we worked on Montessori works, in Group we went back over our letter Bb words and box.
Group B:
Teo worked with the nuts and bolts, screwing and unscrewing the pieces of wood together. Asher worked with the triangle, fitting pieces together, Paislie worked with the blue shapes.
Kinder Blossom:It was a great day for some math, and Miss Arielle used group time to work on some math, using money! everyone was very focused and interested! :)

After nap, Miss Arielle set up an afternoon art project, using toilet paper rolls, and making different art works by dipping them in paint.
FRIDAY:
We started inside, because it was a little chilly outside, but as soon as it got a little warm, we finished up snack and went out! We had our friday dance party, and worked on our letter to the Fire Fighters who are coming to visit as a letter of Thanks!
After nap, we all sat for friday cooking project, We made peanut Butter and Berry jam sandwiches on Bread. Each friend got their own plastic knife to spread their jam and peanut butter, it was a big hit!
