Letter Jj

Welcome back everyone!  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  This week we will be focusing on the letter Jj.  This morning during snack we went through our Jj box to identify object beginning with the letter Jj.  We then watched the Jj video.  During snack we also did Secret Sack that Maya brought back.  The object in the Secret Sack was a blanket, Colette guessed correctly.  Good job Colette.

After we washed our bowls we headed to the carpet for circle time.  We discussed that we just started a new month that begins with J!  We then went over our new classroom helper jobs for the week.  Monday also means Show and Tell.  The Shining Stars were very respectful to all their friends as they were telling the others about the object they brought for Show and Tell so we earned a sticker for our Rody and Kody party!  Good job Shining Star’s.  Once everyone had a turn we headed to centers then back outside before lunch.

This afternoon during snack we went over the Jj box again then all got ready for yoga with Abby and Nick.  We had an absolutely fabulous Monday and we certainly hope you all did as well.
