Welcoming Ben and Wren to the Shining Stars

Happy Monday everyone!  We certainly hope everyone had a fabulous weekend!  Arielle is out today because she was cooking the Head for the Hills music festival.  Miss Cate and Miss Sarah subbed for her today.

This morning during Show and Tell we had a surprise visit from Kenny!  He stopped by to say hi to us and sat in on Show and Tell.

Today was also Ben and Wren's first official day in the Shining Star room!  We are all super excited they will b e with us everyday.  We also had Jette (Zoey's brother) join us today.  All the girls were absolutely ecstatic to see him today.
 
We had a full class today so Show and Tell took up most of our center time. Once we completed circle time and assigned our new helper jobs for the week we marched outside to enjoy this beautiful weather.

After a long nap we woke up, had snack and put our yoga mats so we would be all ready when Miss Abby showed up for yoga. During yoga Miss Abby read a story about caterpillars transforming into butterflies.  Throughout the story the kiddos used their bodies and acted as if they were the caterpillars turning into butter After a great time with Miss Abby we fluttered outside for afternoon pick up.
