Animal Yoga

We spent the morning outside, enjoying the beautiful weather, before coming in for lunch and nap.

After nap, ms Abby greeted everyone and we got ready for Yoga. Ms Abby brought a special book to class, which everyone was excited to read! Each page, Abby would read off clues that would describe a different animal, Teo and Alanna guessed first and were correct most of the time. while Ancel, Sophie, Noah and Ivy observed, then tried to mimic the pose of the animal. Mostly everyone was able to do it, which made it  more exciting as they stretched and manipulated their bodies to the poses. We said goodbye to Ms abby and sat for snack.
