F is for Friday!

It was a great Friday as we started in each of our classrooms, exploring the newest lessons, toys, and books. Ivy And Alanna found some pine cones and different sized sea shells that they examined with their hands and magnifying glasses, while Noah and Olive were busy with their morning art, using markers! Theo thought it funny to put some sunglasses on, then found the mouse ears and tail and asked for help to put them on. He asked for me to take a pic, showing off his sunglasses, mouse ears, and most important mouse tail! :) We did a quick clean up, and gathered around Snarls fish tank to feed and observe him in his habitat. they all respected his fish tank and put their hands behind their back, and gazed as he swam around and ate up the food they sprinkled in his bowl. We said goodbye to Mr Snarl, got shoes on and marched outside!

after nap, we broke up into centers, most friends made their way to the construction area, and writing center where we talked more about the letter F! Everyone found a seat, as i brought out water colors, and paper with the letter F and a fish on it.  Olive, Paislie, and Ivy got busy wetting their brush and dipping it in the color. Teo, Theo, Noah, Alanna, and Ancel soon made their way to the table ready to paint too! Ms Liz soon made her way to our room for Friday Cooking Project. Today they got to taste yogurt, honey, strawberries, and magic pop and boy was it a hit! We all said Thank You and goodbye to Liz, got our shoes on and marched outside to enjoy our afternoon!

Much Love
Dom and Jackie
