Fun Week!

We had a fabulous Monday morning playing doctor visit. When we headed outside, we had a chance to do some gardening. During yoga, we went surfing on our feet and bellies.

Tuesday morning, we had a stamping activity. We had an excellent circle time where we introduced a sticker work, sand work, and strawberry work.  In the afternoon we had a blast doing yoga with Ms. Amelia.

Wednesday, we used dot markers to make our own traffic lights. We hung out with Cherokee’s dog when we went outside and watched her do fun tricks for us.  We had reading time on the lawn, as well.

We had an excellent Friday that started out with a community dance party and a family reading time out on the lawn. We spent a lot of time working our gross motor skills by dancing and climbing the dome and tree. Some friends brought costumes, and we all had a chance to dress up outside.  We read a book about acts of kindness during circle time, and talked about kind things we had done in the past. Some friends helped Ashley install roads on the walls of the construction zone. In the afternoon, we had a cooking project where we made grilled cheeses.
