Great Week!

Monday was awesome.  We did some fun works while we were inside. We headed outside in the beautiful cold weather, and found our grown radishes in the garden! We talked about their roots, the time and effort it takes to grow them, and how much fun it is to eat vegetables! The afternoon was filled up yoga and free play outside@

Tuesday was a great day that started with playdough. We discovered that we can make animal footprints by stamping the feet of animals onto our play dough. Then, we fed our crabs, and talked about words that start with the letter sound “g.” In the afternoon, we hung out in the pre-tot room and built huge towers.

Wednesday, we started out with some free-play and play dough followed by circle time. We painted grapes and related them to the letter sound “g.” In the afternoon, we had a blast with Spanish.

I wasn’t at school on Thursday or part of Friday, but Friday afternoon we enjoyed making Tabouleh. Every one is so interested in pouring and mixing right now, and they lit up with the project. Making your own food also makes it more fun to eat! It was a great week!
