Marvelous Monday!

We had a great start to a great day, with most friends arriving as we marched outside! Drop off went great for our friends, given it being a Monday! We decided to have a quick outside snack with our friends, then continued with some fun exploration outdoors. We explored soapy water, then started washing dishes, everyone was so involved and focused, and washed dishes to the cleanest! We then started practicing our hand washing, and discussing the times we need to wash our hands, when most friends started washing their bodies, we realized it was time for something else! So we all went to the dome climber to practice our Gross Motor Skills! most friends really just like to swing on the bars, while others try hard to climb up the climber! They all asked nicely for help, and got help from either Jackie or Me! once everyone was all done we marched inside and started lunch and nap transition!

After nap, we had a great cuddle/book time, and once friends were clean, with pants on we explored the classroom! Lots of our friends really enjoy cooking in the kitchen, while most enjoy building tracks and driving cars and busses on it! We did a quick clean up and sat for snack! Squash, broccoli, and wheat tortillas hit the spot for my friends and gave them the energy they needed to head out and enjoy the afternoon on the playground! Another awesome day at the Sprout!

Much love
Dom and Jackie

p.s. pics to come soon. thanks

Oh my gosh those pictures of sudsy fun are too cute! I see Teo found a baby pumkin to wash...he still has one in his room and loves to hug it. I also love the pictures of Alanna hugging first Ivy then Paislie under the dome climber
