Preparing for Spring Break!

It was a small class this Friday. Due to stomach bugs, rain,  and spring break but we made it the best Friday possible! We had four along with the pre tots so we combined and had a fun pre tot toddler morning snack and art/sensory project! Everyone got their smocks on, while Jackie laid out paper and they got to use their hands and paintbrushes (toilet paper rolls with cut out designs)  to make some beautiful art! They later explored the toddler room, with my toddler friends showing their pre tot friends how to use certain items and collaborating in te construction area making big long train tracks!!

The pre tots made their way back to their room for lunch and Ancel, olive, Paislie and Koichi all washed hands and sat for lunch as well! We soon transitioned to potty and nap.

After nap, everyone made their way to centers while other friends had milk and got their diaper changed! They explored the classroom before Ms Liz made her way to the room for our Friday Cooking Project! She had different veggies on a plate for each friend to try and add to their hummus/rice cake! They all told Ms Liz thank you before heading outside to enjoy their Friday afternoon before Spring break!
