Windy Wednesday!

It was such a beautiful, breezy morning, we stayed out later and enjoyed a picnic with the pre-tots. While keeping up with our letter of the week, Ms Jackie and all my friends went to the sand box to enjoy a book. "Ribbit!" was the name, and everyone was excited. Olive immediately did the sign for frog, while Ancel decided to slide and listen! Ivy asked to read again, while Toni and I sat to show everyone the baby carrot that came from our garden!

After nap, we got ready for Splash Day and marched outside. They enjoyed sitting and splashing in buckets, scooping, dumping, and pouring water, on themselves, each other, and on the deck! after a long time playing in the water, we marched in for a yummy snack before heading out to the backyard to enjoy the

Ivy talked about the carrot, the frog book and especially Everyone Poops yesterday. She also has been telling me how much fun she's been having during splash days. Lots of summer fun at the Sprout, thanks for the post!
